 Your culinary journey begins with a warm welcome into Nicole and Adam's home. The "Cooking with Rum" class is more than just a lesson; it’s a cultural immersion. You’ll start by preparing a starter like Sweet Potato Soup with a rum float or Coconut Crisps. For the main course, you’ll whip up Rum and Brown Sugar Marinated Chicken served with traditional sides like tostones and red beans and rice. Finally, you’ll bake a decadent Butter Rum Cake. Throughout the session, you'll learn professional techniques and the history of rum, culminating in a communal lunch on the veranda where you can savor your creations and enjoy the ocean breeze.
