Next, you’ll visit the fermentation and drying rooms where guides explain the critical processes behind high-quality chocolate. In the sensory room you’ll be invited to engage all five senses by identifying ingredients and sampling different percentage chocolates. Finally you’ll see the factory production line in a glass-walled segment. For an extra treat, you can choose to participate in a hands-on workshop: either craft your own chocolate bar or make your own soap using cacao butter.
